I HAVE COME BACK WITH MORE INFORMATION

Like I did promess in my last blog and in my face-publications, I have come back with information about the older people. But I thing we have to explain first what I meant with "the oldies", but such item isn´t about my perception, let me introduce you some concepts about International Organizations like OMS or OPS.
